Omni Eye Inc. and On Target Leak Detection in Sarasota, FL, were founded by Jim Theriault, a Florida state certified general contractor, to fill a niche in the ever growing plumbing service industry. Realizing that many smaller family and regional plumbing companies did not have the specialized technicians and equipment for certain occasional problems, Jim created these two plumbing support companies to assist with specialized drain and sewer inspection services and diagnostics and leak detection.
